KP8011 5VA / 5VB plastic vertical burning test machine (500W flame test machine)
1. Scope:
Applicable to solid material density and performance equal to and greater than 250kg / M3 foam Requirements test samples using two different shapes to characterize the properties of the materials, the test sample for evaluating rectangular strip of material flammability and burning time rectangular test sample used to evaluate the ability of materials resistant to burn.
2. Standard:
GB / T5169.17-2008 "500W flame test methods" consistent, IEC60695-11-20, UL94 5VA and the 5VB, ASTM D 5048, ISO10351 test standards.
3. Burning Case:
Case: 0.75m3, the use of CNC machining, nice shape arc quality SUS304 stainless material / paint, with a beautiful rust and corrosion characteristics.
Box at the top with a ventilation exhaust system, when the tests are completed, can the exhaust gas discharged to the outside; during the test, the system is stopped.
Case has a positive test process can be sealed glass observation window for easy observation test situation.

4. The combustion burner:
The company made a blowtorch, in full compliance with GB / T5169.15-2008 flame A or C requirements.
Crater Specifications: Diameter ?9.5mm, spray steam eyes: ?0.9 ± 0.03mm, the spout is 100 ± 10mm from the air inlet height
Torch angle: vertical axis angle is 20 degrees;
Flame height: inner flame is 38mm, the total flame height 135mm.

Thermocouple: 0.5mm sheathed thermocouples; measurable temperature 1050 ?
Copper block: a diameter of 9.0mm, a weight of 10g
Temperature control: intelligent PID temperature controller and K-type thermocouple match. Heated from 100 ? to 700 ?, time of 54s

Methane gas flow rate: 150 ~ 1500 ml / min adjustable;
