KP8037 automotive interior materials burning test machine
1. Scope:
The combustion test device is suitable for identification of vehicles (cars, multipurpose passenger vehicles, trucks and buses) horizontal burning characteristics of interior materials.
2. Standard:
Meet GB8410.2006, American Standard FMVSS571.302, TL1010, GM6090M, DIN7520, GM9070P and D45 1333 standard requirements.

3. The main parameters:
1.1 Test stations: 1 station, each measurement sample.
l.2 Instrument size: combustion chamber L385mm * W204mm * H360mm; control box: L305X320X280 mm.
l.3 Fixture: The machine is provided a U-shaped jig 2 sets. One for standard sample preparation (100MM) of the sample holder, the other for non-compliant sample preparation (<80mm) of a sample.
l.4 metal comb: L110 * W40 * H5 (mm) 1 Ba
l.5 collecting tray: a stainless steel collection plate L336 * W85 * H12.
l.6 Ignition: high-voltage electronic ignition.
