KP8033 digital oxygen index tester
1. Standard:
In line with GB / T2406 "Test method for flammability of plastic --- oxygen index" as well as JIS7201, GB / T 5454, BS2782, ANSI / ASTM, D2863, ISO4589, test standards.
2. Scope:
Analyzing material for ease of contact with the flame in the combustion air for the homogeneous solid material, laminates, films and thin film materials.
3. The main parameters:
3.1 oxygen concentration (oxygen index): several direct reading
3.2 oxygen concentration (oxygen index) Sensor: US imports.
3.3 three gauges are supplied oxygen output pressure, output pressure and nitrogen gas mixture output pressure, the air pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the valve.
3.4 Measuring range: 0-80% Resolution: 0.1L / min

3.6 combustion tube: quartz glass tube inner diameter: 100mm height: 500mm
3.7 Gas flow rate at the top of the combustion cylinder: 90mm ± 10mm / s

4. Chassis and part of the structure:
Control box: The CNC machining, nice shape arc quality SUS304 mirror stainless steel material, beautiful, rust and corrosion.
Combustion tube: high-temperature glass tube (inner diameter ¢ 100mm, length 450mm)
Outlet inner diameter: ?40mm
Mixer: the use of glass beads filled in the form, the oxygen and nitrogen uniformly mixed. (?4.5mm bead filling height 95mm)
Specimen holder: self-supporting jig, and can be vertically clamped specimen.
5. The electronic control system:
Using relay control system, all electronic originals are used in the leading domestic brands, to better ensure the performance and detection accuracy of the machine.
The device has the following safety devices: power overload, short circuit protection, overload control loop.
