The main functions of the manual single-cylinder vacuum impregnation machine are as follows:

1. Place the object to be impregnated into the cylinder, close the cylinder cover, and lock it with the cylinder cover locking device.
2. Create a vacuum and maintain the pressure for a period of time; force the liquid from the storage tank into the cylinder under atmospheric pressure. After the liquid reaches a certain height, close the inlet pipe. 3. (Continue) Vacuuming: Maintain pressure after reaching a certain negative pressure.
4. Equilibrium (Inhalation): Open the inhalation (exhalation) port. Air will naturally enter the cylinder under atmospheric pressure, making the pressure inside the cylinder equal to the pressure outside the cylinder.
5. Exhaust (Ventilation): Open the inhalation (inhalation) and exhalation ports to expel the air from the cylinder. The pressure will reach equality with the outside pressure.
6. Drainage: Displace all the liquid from the cylinder. At this time, close the drain port (maintain pressure inside the cylinder).
7. Exhaust again: Equilibrium the pressure inside and outside the cylinder, removing excess liquid from the impregnated object.
8. Drainage: Remove the object.
