1. Turn on the three-phase main power supply, open the panel power switch, open the intake valve, automatically open the impregnation cover, and manually put the impregnated material.
2. Press Start to close the Immersion Box Cover, close the intake valve, and open the suction valve. Set the required parameters in the control interface.
3. If you need to observe the specific conditions of the cylinder, you can observe it from the viewing window.
4. The machine runs automatically according to the setup program and manual operation is not possible. If you need manual operation, please stop automatic operation first.
5. Automatic running program: put into the product - cover - vacuum - motor lift pre-dip height - defoaming time - defoaming interval - number of soaking - motor soaking height - soaking time - dip Discharge time - dip interval - dip interval - exhaust - vacuum 2 - drip dry - exhaust 2 - complete (alarm) - open the cover to remove the product. (This is the basic process of impregnation.)

Main adjustment function
1. In the power-on state, the evacuation timer on the touch screen panel can set the time for vacuuming, generally set to 120 seconds to achieve the use requirements.
2. The impregnation time can be set on the touch screen, depending on the actual use.
3. The evacuation and impregnation time should be determined according to the volume and requirements of the product (if the product requires stricter impregnation quality, increase the vacuum time and increase the vacuum and increase the impregnation soaking time).
4. The speed of the motor rise and the motor drop can be set in advance on the touch screen.
