1, the operator to open the distribution box tunnel furnace and fan total power switch, power indicator light, check the exhaust fan ventilation.
2, check the front and rear temperature control table shows the temperature, the face of the control panel from left to right first for the front, the second for the middle, the third for the latter, whether the temperature is shown to be drying The temperature required for the product.
3, check the roof before the three sections of the safety of over-temperature table temperature knob is displayed with the temperature control table above the temperature (+10 ? - +20 ?) range.
4, check the inverter motor running frequency and drying time to show whether the table is the frequency and time required to dry the product frequency and time.
5, select the belt start switch to open the state to start the belt.
6, press the air start switch, indicator light, the wind motor work.
7, press the light control to start the switch, the indicator light on the thermostat work.
8. Select the material outflow detection switch to be on.
9, check the ammeter shows each phase current is (10A ~ 25A) between the floating.
