1. Working principle
Electrostatic adsorption
The equipment charges the powder particles through a high-voltage electrostatic generator (built-in or external to the spray gun). The charged powder is directional adsorbed on the grounded stator surface under the action of the electric field force to form a uniform coating.
Powder supply system
The powder is stored in a powder supply barrel or a vibrating screen container and transported to the spray gun through a Venturi powder pump or a pneumatic device to ensure that the powder flow is stable and controllable. Closed-loop control
