HY-K097 Preheating and curing oven for stator coils of automobile motors and fan motors
1. Core functions and design of the equipment
Preheating ovenFunction: Preheat the stator coil through hot air circulation (or infrared radiation) (temperature range 60-120℃), remove moisture and residual solvents, and improve the subsequent powder/adhesive adhesion performance. Design features:
Frequency conversion speed control conveyor (0.3-1.5m/min), support continuous feeding or segmented retention of coils. Temperature control accuracy ±2℃, zone heating (3-5 temperature zones) adapt to coils of different sizes. Curing oven. Function: Complete the final curing of insulating powder/adhesive (temperature 180-220℃), forming a uniform insulation layer (thickness 0.1-0.5mm). Design features: High temperature resistant stainless steel liner (temperature resistance ≥350℃), hot air circulation uniformity ≥95%47. Exhaust gas treatment module (activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion), meeting VOCs emission standards.
2. Key points for use and maintenance
Process controlPreheating stage: The surface temperature of the coil needs to be stable at 80-100℃ (epoxy resin materials), and the insulation time is 10-15 minutes.
Curing stage: The heating rate is ≤5℃/min to avoid cracking of the coating; the curing time is 20-40 minutes (adjusted according to the TDS of the material).
Maintenance requirements
Filter cleaning: Clean the hot air circulation system filter (high temperature resistant metal filter) every month to prevent dust clogging.
Sensor calibration: Check the error between the thermocouple and the temperature control module every quarter (a third-party calibration report is required).
