HY-K096 Electrostatic powder coating equipment for welding points of automobile motor stator coils
1. Equipment type and core functions
Electrostatic powder spraying machineAdopting high-voltage electrostatic (0.1-100kV) or friction electrostatic technology, the powder is charged and adsorbed to achieve uniform coverage of the welding point. The coating thickness ranges from 0.05-0.5mm, and it is suitable for epoxy resin, metal powder and other materials. Supports double-station design (such as magnetic ring spraying equipment), single-station efficiency reaches 30-50 pieces/hour, servo motor positioning accuracy ±0.5mm, suitable for precise coating of flat/round coil welding points. Automatic weld recoating machine
Dedicated to weld and welding point protection, equipped with three-axis servo control spraying trajectory, can avoid powder scattering (recovery rate ≥95%), suitable for high-precision scenes such as automotive motor stator coils.
2. Core design of the equipment Dual-station collaborative operation
Adopting left and right independent station structure, supporting alternating or synchronous operation mode, single-station coating efficiency reaches 30-50 pieces/hour, and the comprehensive efficiency of the double station is increased by more than 60%. Equipped with servo motor driven track to achieve precise positioning of coils (±0.5mm error), suitable for coating of different welding positions of flat wires and round wires.
Modular spraying system
Double-push powder pump design (such as DS218 double-push model), supports independent supply of metal/epoxy powder, powder flow closed-loop control (iFlow technology), coating thickness range 0.05-0.5mm.
The voltage of the electrostatic spraying module is adjustable (0.1-100kV), suitable for insulating powder, conductive glue and other materials, and the electrostatic adsorption uniformity is ≥95%.
3. Precautions for use
Synchronization calibration: The timing synchronization of the double station needs to be checked regularly to avoid powder superposition or leakage (recommended once a month).
Powder adaptability: The electrostatic voltage needs to be adjusted for powders of different materials (such as 30-60kV for epoxy resin and 80-100kV for metal powder). Maintenance cost: The filter element replacement cycle is about 3-6 months, and the electrode piece loss unit price is about ¥8.8/piece.
